Lower Leg Strength Program
A super effective leg workout!!! I’ve added this onto the bootcamp workouts where the focus was not legs and also used it as a standalone before I have stretches. Like all the workouts super easy to follow along.
Very helpful in addition to boot camp program or regular exercise routine. I especially like the stretches and explanations
i recently purchased the lower leg strength program to improve my overall position in the saddle. i had already tried the equitation bootcamp program and loved it, but really wanted to target my lower leg. after just one or two weeks of consistently using the program i’ve seen a major improvement in my leg’s stability! i would 100% recommend this program to anyone looking to try it, it’s so worth it!
So good! My trainer said my leg kept slider backwards when switching from two point to sitting, and vice versa, and this program had definitely helped! Everyone should buy it!
