I love this and have added it to a couple of the bootcamp workouts and done it as a stand alone as my core is my weakest park of my riding. The workouts are tough but not un achievable and are super easy to follow along with.
I ordered the core, the resistance band + the equitation courses from the fit equestrian and I am totally loving them! Rotating through the workouts + feeling stronger just after 2 weeks!

During this sorta weird time we’re all in right now I’m riding a lot less than normal so I decided to purchase this to do some workouts at home. I love it! Easy to do, but very strenuous exercises if you’re not in good shape ( which apparently I am not! Lol). I’ll definitely be buying different programs soon.
