So far I love the workouts!!! They definitely make you feel sore after which is great because i feel like when you are sore after its from a good workout. Doesn't take up a lot of time either. Great workout plan! Haven't tested out the grocery guide but am planning on doing that this week :)
The fitness and nutrition guides are great. The fitness guide is easy to follow for the week and the nutrition guide is a great start for a weekly plan as well as options to modify for vegetarians, etc. I recommend it!
