Introducing 1-on-1 Nutrition + Fitness Counseling for the equestrian athlete:
Work with our team to create a highly individualized plan to improve your fitness, nutrition, and performance in the saddle.
Counseling is highly individualized to fit your needs, but generally includes:
- Personalized nutrition recommendations to improve your overall health and performance, including:
- How to handle eating healthy at shows
- How to eat for muscle recovery
- How to improve your relationship with food
- How to make sure you are meeting your nutritional needs
- Goal setting + accountability
- TFE Fitness Program recommendations based on your goals, schedule, etc. (+ a 20% off coupon towards any program purchases)
- Adjustments / additional guidance in any of the TFE Fitness Programs to fit your needs
- Email re-cap of topics discussed during each session
Upon purchasing a package, you will receive a link to a fitness + nutrition questionnaire. Once the questionnaire is submitted, we’ll work together to schedule a convenient time for the initial consultation. During the consultation we will chat about your current diet, exercise, and riding and set some goals. During follow-up sessions we will work on these goals by breaking them down and giving you the tools to reach them!
Sessions and consultations are between 45 minutes to an hour and will be done via phone or Skype call.
Sessions are primarily run by TFE staff member Olivia Minicucci. As a competitive equestrian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology, Olivia is well equipped to help you set goals, stay accountable, and answer any questions you have about equestrian nutrition + fitness.
Starter Pack: Consultation + 1 Session (2 hours total of counseling), $80
Junior Pack: Consultation + 3 Sessions (4 hours total of counseling), $195
Pro Pack: Consultation + 5 Sessions. (6 hours total of counseling), $280

I have had around 3 1-on-1 sessions with Olivia, who is amazing, and she has helped me understand what kind of support my body needs from me, how to snack appropriately, and how to start introducing cross training into my daily routine. I am vegan and I have PCOS, and I really was not eating properly prior to working with Olivia. Thanks to our sessions I am able to find snacks that are more suited for my body, and find ways to incorporate more protein into my diet, which was not of huge concern to me before. As a groom/rider I rarely have time to breathe while working, let alone eat, so Olivia has been helping me find ways to eat and hydrate properly to sustain myself and keep up my energy levels, as well as managing blood sugar and avoid overeating. We are currently figuring out what workouts from TFE would be the most appropriate to help strengthen weaknesses in my riding, and how I can incorporate cardio into my daily routine. Starting the 1-on-1 sessions has been one of the best decisions I have made in regards to my health. Having someone that you have to "report" your progress to really helps motivate you to stay on the right track. I cannot wait for my next session!
