Return Policy

What is your Return Policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase of items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages*. 

Unfortunately we cannot currently process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning your item and using your refund to place a new order for the correct size or color.

Purchases must be made directly from The Fit Equestrian - we cannot accept returns from items purchased from our retailers. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased your item for their return policy.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return-shipping. 

How do I return my item?

We want you to enjoy our products just as much as we do! If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason you are placing your return and we'll help you place your return! We recommend using a return-shipping method that includes tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your item, we will refund your original payment method. 

*If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
