What is your Return Policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase of items that are in new condition, unworn, and free of damages*.
Unfortunately we cannot currently process exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item we recommend returning your item and using your refund to place a new order for the correct size or color.
Purchases must be made directly from The Fit Equestrian - we cannot accept returns from items purchased from our retailers. Please contact the retailer from which you purchased your item for their return policy.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the cost of return-shipping.
How do I return my item?
We want you to enjoy our products just as much as we do! If you are unhappy with your order, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason you are placing your return and we'll help you place your return! We recommend using a return-shipping method that includes tracking as we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we receive your item, we will refund your original payment method.
*If you have received a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
