How do I know which program is right for me?

What format are the fitness + nutrition programs in?

All of our programs and guides are in digital PDF form. We do not currently offer print copies of our programs, but you are more than welcome to print any of our programs after purchase.

 

How do I access my programs after purchase?

After purchase, you will be provided a download link on your order confirmation page. This download link will also be sent to the email provided at checkout. After clicking the link, your PDF program will download to your device. You can then save the file, send it to any of your devices, or print it out.

 

I never received an email with a download link! What should I do?

First, try checking your spam folder. If you still cannot find your digital downloads email, you can access your programs by opening your order confirmation email and clicking the “View My Order” button. This will take you to your order confirmation page which will display a “Download Now” button.

 

I can’t find my digital downloads or order confirmation email! How can I access my programs?

Email us with your full name, order number, and billing zip code and we will directly email you your programs.

 

Why is my download not working on my mobile device? 

If you are experiencing errors downloading your PDF on a mobile device, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log into your email on a desktop computer and open your digital downloads email.
  2. Download the program files to the desktop computer.
  3. Send yourself an email with file attached.
  4. Log into your email on your mobile device, open the email with your program file, and download/view the program from there.
  5. If you are using an Apple device, Air-Drop is an excellent option as well.

 

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Shipping time will vary depending on the service chosen at checkout and the delivery address. Detailed information about your shipping options are provided at checkout.

How do I place a return or exchange?

What is the sizing like on your apparel?

Our short sleeve tees are a ladies’ slim fit and run small. If you are in-between sizes are looking for a more relaxed fit, we’d recommend sizing up. 

Our unisex items (like the long sleeve tee) run true to size. We’d recommend ordering one size down from what you would order in our short sleeve tees. For example, if you like the fit of your short sleeve tee in a M, we’d recommend ordering an S in any of the Unisex items.
