This program has been great so far! I love that it requires minimal equipment but gets you a serious workout. I am very fit when it comes to cardio, but knew I needed help with overall conditioning and strengthening. This program gives me a great full-body workout and pairs perfectly with my usual cardio workouts and rides. I also love how there are alternate workouts offered if I want to focus on a certain set of movements. I can feel the difference in my riding already, and my trainer has noticed it too. Not only that, but I struggle with nerves and confidence when riding and knowing that I am getting stronger with these workouts really boosts my confidence in the saddle. Would absolutely recommend this program!
