Equipment Free Core Strength Program
We all know that core strength is important for riders, but traditional crunches and planks can get boring. Unlike our original Core Strength Program, our Equipment Free Core Strength Program is great for those who do not have access to any gym equipment, so it can be done completely at home...or the barn! This program is also great to supplement any of our other programs like the Equitation Bootcamp or to mix into your daily workouts.
Each program contains 2 full workout routines and are circuit style to get your heart rate up as well. The 2 workouts are meant to be completed on different days, but if you wish to do a longer core workout you could do both workouts back to back.
