Core Strength Program
We all know that core strength is so important for riders, but traditional crunches and planks can get boring after a while!
These workouts are slightly different than a normal core workout as they include more weighted exercises that will build up your core muscles. Each program consists of 2 different core workouts so you can alternate between the two to keep from getting bored! The workouts are circuit style so they will help get your heart rate up as well. Photo instructions are also included for each exercise. Full gym access is required for these exercises. Advanced and Beginner versions of this program are available so you can choose which is appropriate for your experience and fitness level.
ADVANCED VERSION: The Advanced Core Strength Program is perfect for someone who has been working out for at least a year and feels that they have hit a plateau in terms of their core strength.
BEGINNER VERSION: The Beginner Core Strength Program is perfect for someone who has less than a year of workout experience and wants to increase their core strength.
