We all know that core strength is so important for riders, but traditional crunches and planks can get boring after a while.
These workouts are slightly different than a normal core workout as they include more weighted exercises that will strengthen the specific core muscles used in the saddle. Each program contains 2 full workout routines and are circuit style to get your heart rate up as well. Photos and instructions are included for each exercise. Full gym access is required for these exercises.
ADVANCED VERSION: The Advanced Core Strength Program is best for someone with at least one year of exercise experience and feels that they have hit a plateau in terms of their core strength.
BEGINNER VERSION: The Beginner Core Strength Program is best for someone with less than a year of workout experience and wants to improve their core strength.
