Amazing!

I love this program so much! Especially because my barn is closed it really is helping me stay in shape for riding. It is great and I have noticed a difference in my riding, especially in my posture and lower leg strength.

I love the program! It

I love the program! It is difficult, but I already feel improvement in my lower leg stability and position. I would add streching of the adductor muscles as we keep using them a lot on the horse. Perhaps add some streching routine using foam roller.
