Lower Leg Strength Program
Skip the sticky spray and strengthen your lower leg. These exercises and stretches, combined with muscle memory in the saddle, will help keep your lower leg still on the flat and over fences. This program can be done at home as the only equipment needed is a resistance band. Photos and instructions are included for each exercise.

the program isn’t just the ordinary calf raises that you would find, it provides fun activity’s that make you feel the burn and i could see a lot of progress from one week of using them. i definitely recommend it.
