3 WEEK EQUITATION CHALLENGE
Whether you are headed back to school, preparing for an equitation finals this fall, or just simply want to improve your equitation, this is the challenge for you! This 3 week challenge requires no equipment at all and can easily be done from home.
This challenge indicates multiple rest days throughout the 3 week period. Feel free to move these rest days around to work with your schedule. If this challenge is too difficult, try adding some rest days or only completing one of the workouts each day. Proper form is more important than completing all the workouts!
